Nachdem ich jetzt 2 Jahre lang mit SPD Klickpedalen am Votec VR road gefahren bin, habe ich heute Shimano SPD-SL Pedale montiert.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich habe ja schon <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dreamlions.ch\/dl\/spd-pedale-am-rennrad-go-oder-no-go\/\">in einem anderen Beitrag<\/a> dar\u00fcber berichtet ob SPD Pedale an einem Rennrad ein Go oder No-Go sind. Damals habe ich mich bewusst f\u00fcr SPD Pedale entschieden. Der Grund war relativ einfach: Ich hatte vom MTB her nur 1 Paar Schuhe welches f\u00fcr SDP ausgelegt war. Extra Schuhe kaufen wollte ich nicht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seit kurzem besitze ich jedoch einen richtigen Giro Rennrad Schuh und deshalb habe ich jetzt auf SPD-SL Pedale <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3Mjnyyb\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener sponsored nofollow\">(Amazon Link)<\/a> umgestellt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vorteile:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Leichtere Pedale<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fester Sitz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bessere Kraft\u00fcbertragung<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>in Kombination mit Rennradschuh gr\u00f6ssere Kontaktfl\u00e4che, da steif und hart<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nachteile<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Man kann schlecht laufen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grosser Cleat Verschleiss beim laufen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Schwieriger Ausstieg aus den Pedalen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Alles in allem \u00fcberwiegen die Vorteile aber klar den Nachteilen. Deshalb war f\u00fcr mich die Sache eigentlich klar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ist der Wechsel schwierig?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nein, der Wechsel kann auch problemlos von einem Laien get\u00e4tigt werden. Du musst lediglich eigentlich 2 Punkte beachten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beim linken Pedal hast du ein &#8222;Linksgewinde&#8220;. Beim rechten ein normales &#8222;Rechtsgewinde&#8220;. Das heisst, dass wenn du das linke Pedal entfernen m\u00f6chtest, musst du es nach rechts rausdrehen (also so wie du normalerweise eine Schraube reindrehst). Dies ist etwas irritierend, ist aber so. Beim reindrehen der Pedale dann eben das linke linksherum und das rechte rechtsherum reindrehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der andere wichtige Punkt ist darauf zu achten, dass das Pedal gut reingedreht ist. Ist dies nicht der Fall, kann es sein, dass sich das Pedal l\u00f6st und irgendwann herausf\u00e4llt. Im d\u00fcmmsten Fall wird so noch das Gewinde der Kurbel besch\u00e4digt und dann hast du ein gr\u00f6sseres = teureres Problem. Also immer sch\u00f6n darauf achten, dass die Pedale gut anzegogen sind. Aber Achtung: Nach fest folgt ab! Also immer noch mit Gef\u00fchl die SPD-SL Pedale anziehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Habe ich das passende Werkzeug?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Was du zum Wechseln der Pedale ben\u00f6tigst ist entweder ein Stiftschl\u00fcssel-Satz (Inbus), ich meinte Gr. 5 oder 6 und\/ oder ein Gabelschl\u00fcssel (Schl\u00fcsselweite 15). That&#8217;s it! Gewisse Pedale haben beides dran, andere nur das eine oder andere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Wie gesagt, auch der Laie kann problemlos Pedale selber wechseln.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Was f\u00e4hrst du f\u00fcr Pedale an deinem Fahrrad?
