Der Grund ist ganz einfach: Was bringt mir ein teures Fahrrad wenn ich nie damit fahre. Eben&#8230;. Daher lieber ein g\u00fcnstiges, dann regelm\u00e4ssig fahren und wenn es mich so richtig packt, dann upgraden oder halt ersetzen. In meinem Fall gab es nun neue Bremsen und Schalthebel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stufe 1 wurde heute realisiert: Neue Bremsen und Schalthebel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Internet habe ich mich in den vergangenen Tage ein wenig schlau gemacht was kompatibel ist und was Sinn macht. Wie gesagt, es ist immer noch ein Einsteiger Bike. Es w\u00fcrde daher keinen Sinn machen, wenn ich jetzt Highend Komponenten verbauen w\u00fcrde f\u00fcr neue Bremsen und Schalthebel, das w\u00e4re rausgeschmissenes Geld.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/bikeimport.ch\" target=\"_blank\">BikeImport<\/a> wurde ich schlussendlich f\u00fcndig. Am Sonntag Abend bestellt, am Mittwoch kam der Postbote mit dem Paket. Und dies bei Economy Versand w\u00e4hrend der aktuellen Corona Zeit. Chapeau!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Weg mit den alten Komponenten<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Als ex- Fahrradmechaniker war es nat\u00fcrlich nicht wirklich eine komplizierte Geschichte f\u00fcr mich. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als erstes habe ich mich dem Umwerfer, bzw. dem Vorderbremse gewidmet. Lenkergriff weg, Schalt-\/ Bremshebel entfernt. Die mechanische Scheibenbremse Tektro ist lediglich mit 2 Schrauben an der Federgabel befestigt, dh. Auch diesen habe ich vorg\u00e4ngig nur mal grob positioniert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die neue hydraulische Bremse hat die gleiche Aufnahme (genormt). Diese befestigen und schauen, dass sie gut angezogen ist. Achtung: &#8222;Nach fest kommt ab&#8220;. Das heisst man muss das Kabel nur noch in den Kabelmantel einf\u00fchren und in meinem Fall durch den Rahmen f\u00fchren bis zum Umwerfer, bzw. Tretlager. Schaltung sind die Schritte eigentlich genau gleich. Deshalb gehe ich hier nicht mehr auf die einzelne Schritte ein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Einzig die Kabel- und Leitungsf\u00fchrung war hier etwas komplexer. Man muss einfach vorne am Lenker schauen, dass man nicht selbst einen Knoten fabriziert. Der Rest ist aber effektiv genau gleich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auch am Wechsler hinten muss das Kabel im untersten Gang (kleinstes Ritzel) etwas auf Zug gebracht werden und dann unterklemmen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Schaltung einstellen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kompliziert? Nicht wirklich. Man muss nur einige Punkte beachten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Am Schalthebel schauen, dass du auf dem kleinsten Gang bist (vorne 1, hinten 8)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An den beiden kleinen Schrauben den oberen und unteren Anschlag einstellen. Dank den beiden Schrauben kannst du definieren wie weit die Kette nach links, bzw. rechts gehen kann.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kabel im kleinsten Ritzel, bzw Kettenblatt leicht unter Spannung unterklemmen am Umwerfer, bzw. Wechsler.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Probefahrt machen und mal alles durchschalten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wenn alles funktioniert: Gl\u00fcckw\u00fcnsch!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wenn du nicht sauber hochschalten kannst, Spannung erh\u00f6hen: entweder Kabel nochmals etwas nachziehen oder am Drehrad (Schalthebel) etwas drehen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Falls du gut hochschalten, aber schlecht runterschalten kannst. Zug am Kabel etwas reduzieren (gleicher Vorgang wie oben).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wenn es noch immer nicht gut ist: Pr\u00fcfen ob evt. Wechser verbogen ist. Dieser muss in einer Flucht zum Kettenkranz sein.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Auch musst du schauen, dass die Kette nicht zu stark verschmutzt und dann nat\u00fcrlich auch gut geschmiert ist. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Hui, waren doch einige Punkte. Aber es sieht nach mehr aus, als es in echt ist. Trau dich!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ab auf die Testfahrt<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Es macht nicht nur Sinn, sondern ist eigentlich Pflicht, dass man nach solchen Umbauten als erstes eine Testfahrt absolviert. <br><br>Die Schaltung muss auf der Strasse (und unter Belastung) nochmals getestet werden. W\u00e4re ja doof wenn du auf der ersten Tour dann merkst, dass die Schaltung doch so gut wie gedacht eingestellt ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Noch wichtiger sind jedoch die Bremsen. Hier geht es ganz klar nach dem Motto &#8222;Safety first).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hydraulische Scheibenbremse, aber die Bremsleistung ist schlechter als mit der mechanischen Bremse?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ja und nein! Jede Bremse braucht ein paar Bremsvorg\u00e4nge bis die volle Bremsleistung vorhanden ist, daher war es nicht verwunderlich, dass am Anfang die Bremsleistung nicht soooo super toll war. Nach aber vielleicht 10-20 Bremsvorg\u00e4ngen war ein sp\u00fcrbarer Unterschied zu merken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Nun freue ich mich \u00fcber die neuen Bremsen und die Schalthebel und hoffe sp\u00e4testens kommendes Wochenende die erste &#8222;richtige&#8220; Fahrradtour mit den Cube machen zu k\u00f6nnen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wie gesagt, auch mit der mechanischen Bremse kam ich den Berg runter (und nat\u00fcrlich rauf). Die hydraulische Bremse ist nun einfach weicher (am Bremshebel) und genau deshalb habe ich die rund 1.5h (inkl. Gequatsche mit dem Nachbarn) und die paar Franken investiert. Die Schalthebel musste ich zwangsl\u00e4ufig ersetzen, da zuvor kombinierte Brems-\/ Schalthebel verbaut waren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-6 is-cropped
